Can clients view all of our candidates?

This is up to you. Our mobile app can present as much or as little information as you wish. For example, we could simply show via the app “This jobs has 32 applications” and leave it at that. Or the client could drill down in to each application, viewing the candidate and choose which to shortlist.

You can even release different account levels to increase your turnover. Pay a little extra for full client access.

Does it work on Apple or Android

Both, your app will be on both Apple and Google Play stores, giving 99.9% device compatability.

Is it our own app, or a universal app?

It is your own app, complete with your branding, colours and data. Candidates download your app to their device just like any other app. The app icon will be your company logo, the app is fully unique to your recruitment business.

Does data save in Bullhorn?

Of course, all data is using your Bullhorn account using our secure connection. If clients shortlist a candidate, this is saved to Bullhorn in real time.

Do we as a recruiter have to do anything special?

Definitely not. Apart from relish in the much improved communication capability between your clients.

Can clients view other client jobs?

That’s a big no, clients are only available to view their own info.
