Does it work on Apple or Android
Both, your app will be on both Apple and Google Play stores for easy download.
Is it our own app, or a universal app?
It is your own app, complete with your branding, colours and data. Candidates download your app to their device just like any other app. The app icon will be your company logo, the app is fully unique to your recruitment business.
Does data save in Bullhorn?
Of course, all data is using your Bullhorn account using our secure connection. If candidates make an application, it shows up in your Bullhorn in real time. When your recruiters add a new job to Bullhorn (matching live criteria), it shows up in the candidate app.
Do we as a recruiter have to do anything special?
Nope, simply focus on Bullhorn, the app will display job info and send back applications. Sit back and see the applications pour in to job submissions.
Will the app create duplications in our Bullhorn?
Definitely not, our app will make pre-existing checks to make sure we do not duplicate any data.
